RADT2210 : Image Quality & Analysis

This course explores the principles and variables that impact radiographic image quality. Students will examine factors affecting contrast, spatial resolution, distortion, and receptor exposure, and will learn to identify and evaluate technical errors and artifacts. Emphasis is placed on exposure techniques, image critique, equipment calibration, and quality assurance processes within the clinical workflow. This course prepares students to assess and optimize image quality while supporting patient safety and diagnostic accuracy.
