Concorde is a wholly owned subsidiary of UTI Holdings, Inc., itself a wholly owned subsidiary of Universal Technical Institute, Inc. ("UTI").
The Board of Directors of Concorde is composed of the following individuals: Jerome Grant, Chief Executive Officer of UTI; Bruce Schuman, Chief Financial Officer UTI; Christopher Kevane, Secretary of the Board and Chief Legal Officer of UTI; and Johnathan Kirsch, Assistant Secretary and VP Associate General Counsel of UTI.
